Tenant Pro 7 is a real-estate portfolio software solution for property management companies. It is a complex program for handling the various aspects of daily property management like accounting, tenant management, work order and repair management, ownership management, and reporting.
The application's interface provides a good workflow, being well designed and intuitive. Each main operation opens in a separate tab, in the web-browser style. All the toolbars and menus are fully customizable, allowing various workspace settings.
The Accounting option manages not only the real-estate operations and clients funds, but also company finances, using cash or accrual accounting methods. It includes a vast array of options, from full general ledger and recurring charges to automated check generation and batch payment processing. Tenant management organizes the tenants history, charges, and payments. The Notes feature allows recording of all the contact information, statements, and rent values for each customer. Work orders and repair management help to track the work in progress and reports of work. It keeps detailed records of each individual rental property and can also create bills or charges. The ownership management keeps track of each property and property owners information. It can also generate financial reports for properties or for groups of properties. The reporting function provides various reports for both accounting and management. They can be exported to Microsoft Excel or Word, or saved as PDF or HTML documents.
Tenant Pro 7 is compatible with all recent Microsoft operating systems, and requires Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 installed.

Same problem. These crooks did not notify us that there will be a need for an activation code and that they will no longer provide this. This after so many years of using their software. We had to find it the hard way when the message came up to reactivate. Unscrupulous business that bought over the biz waits until you reach this point so they can up sell you rendering your old software and records useless with only some transferring to their "new" software until they decide to come up with a different product and try to screw their buyers again. Good going, crooks!.

JOSEPH HAFIF, Change the date of the computer to PRIOR than the date you intalled it. Then it won't know the 30 days is up and asked for the actiation code. I will used it at Jul 2023. chris
Joseph, I had a typo. I still use the Tenant Pro in 2023 after a 2008 re-install..old computer fizzled, reinstalled as we still had program CD and S/N.
I was told that Tenant Pro 7 was no longer available and that I could be locked out of my program without notice and that when the program asked for the activation code, I could not get one because Tenant Pro 7 is gone. I have had the program for 8 years and would like to continue using it. Please advise.
We switched to Innago. But cant use Tenant Pro 7 anymore. Really like Innago.
